Customer Project Manager (all genders)

In this role, you will:

Lead the planning, development, and delivery of autonomous driving cloud toolchain projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. You will manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Based on customer requirements and internal resource situation, develop a reasonable project plan, closely track and manage risks and issues during the project implementation, ensure that the project is always on the right track, and ensure that risks are always within a controllable range.
Able to abstract and refine the experience gained in project practice into improvements in mechanism and methodology, helping the company improve the project management processes and tools.

We would like you to have:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 6 years of work experience, and more than 3 years of project management practical experience.
Practical work experience in developing or integrating large-scale applications in the cloud, and have a certain understanding of Google Cloud, AWS Cloud, etc. Familiarity with the toolchain of the autonomous driving industry is a major plus.
Good communication and coordination skills, stress resistance, resource integration and mobilization abilities, as well as business abstraction abilities.
Fluent in Chinese, proficient in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with German language skills considered an advantage.
