In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing trusted HR guidance in a dynamic, international environment.
- Manage HR operations, including employment contracts, updates, accurate document handling, and maintaining high-quality HR data.
- Take full ownership of the monthly German payroll process, working closely with the external tax advisor and overseeing automated travel and expense workflows.
- Support office administration, including hardware, service providers, vendor reviews, and related internal workflows.
- Ensure smooth operational processes across HR and administration such as performance reviews with a reliable, hands-on approach.
- Grow by driving automation and taking on new challenges beyond HR and across countries.
